Ironically, on October 13, 2024, Vem Miller, an investigative journalist and documentary filmmaker with 30 years of media experience, was falsely accused of being the "3rd Trump Assassin" by corrupt Riverside Sheriff, Chad Bianco. 

While this has been devastating to Vem's life and his family, there have been many lemons that have been made into lemonade in the process. 

Firstly, the false accusations of Chad Bianco lead Vem Miller to do a deep dive investigation on Mr Bianco.

This resulted in over 200 (and counting) media pieces, 100+ plus created by www.MediaAssassins.com, a new company that was created out of the 3rd assassin hoax, where Vem is a partner. 

These pieces, many of which have gone viral, expose the true Sheriff Chad Bianco, a lying opportunistic political prostitute that will say and do anything for fame and power. 

The revelations of the extreme corruptions of Chad Bianco resulted in a 4 month campaign against his Governor campaign, between Feb/March 2025, and June 2025, that planted seeds of his eventual demise. You can download a 20 page deck at the hyperlink above.

A significant fall was seen in Bianco's polling during that time, between - 6% and - 8% depending on the poll. It started with this clip that went viral.

More clips: Bianco kneeling for BLM and then lying about it to the public, Geriatric Terrorism, Porno Cops, the 3rd assassin hoax documentary preview, are just a few of the videos www.AmericaHappens.com and www.MediaAssassins.com have put out, in unison with promoting other evidence of Bianco's incompetence, like this report "The Sheriff with California's worst crime solving record is running for Governor", "Republican Sheriff's campaign for California governor hurt by lawsuits" (which has Vem Miller as a key figure to the exposure of Bianco), and "After an epidemic of jail deals, CA Sheriff is running for governor." 

The first silver-lining of the 3rd assassin hoax is that is has forced Vem and his circle, out of necessity, to find an avenue toward justice and truth via journalism in its many forms, when many refuse to do what is right, including the Government, which has allowed years of Chad Bianco's corruptions to go unchecked, which has lead to a litany of ever worsening harms to victims, and as a result, lawsuits.

The highest form of journalism and documentary filmmaking is to expose this type of nonsense. 

The second silver lining, which has been born out of an even more repugnant action by Chad Bianco and his minions, and thus again out of necessity, is that an alliance has been formed between journalists, lawyers, and influencers, to use both the courts of law, and the courts of public opinion, in unison, to force docile players in powerful positions into action. This is really the core of what The America Happens Network (Journalism), and The Media Assassins (Journalism into legal action) is really about. 

Bianco has used his California Governor campaign to spread further falsities about Vem Miller, as a way to 'justify' the 3rd assassin hoax, while he claws desperately for more power, which has ultimately resulted in an ongoing legal and media campaign to hold individuals like Bianco, who abuse power, accountable.
